Starting to get the hang of this lunar imaging. Keep forgetting I have a bahtinov mask for the Mak102. Managed to remember last night, got focus on Vega and then swung round for some closeup lunar action at 1300. Skywatcher Mak102, Altair 224C, SWSA Probably the most that I'll do on this one. This is 6.5 hours exposure time on Messier 13, the Hercules Cluster, captured at home just outside Cirencester using a small refractor telescope (72ED) and dedicated astronomy camera (Altair Hypercam 183C), using 3 minute exposures across several nights. If you look closely enough you can also make out a couple of galaxies in the background to the left of the cluster. Finally finished. This is 19hrs 35mins total exposure time across 8 separate nights on the Iris Nebula, NGC 7023, in the constellation Cepheus. Captured with a 72ED and Altair Hypercam 183C at unity gain, 5 min subs. A look at the terminator from last Monday's 90% moon with Mare Humorum and Gessendi crater top right Finally got an image of Copernicus crater I'm happy with. Finally got down to Durdle Door this weekend. Not for anything astro related, just a lovely bit of time away with lovely company in a shed, close to nature. Loved it ❤️🙏 Another one I never got around to adding to Insta 🤦 A reprocess of the Tadpoles Nebula in the constellation Auriga. 12hrs 30mins of dual narrowband goodness using the #askar duo NB filter. Taken over five nights from my old back garden in Nailsworth with the @sky_watcher_official 72ED and EQ5 Pro with the @altair_astro 183C Hypercam. It's been too damn long!
